Diane Alexander, MD, FACS

Dr. Diane Alexander, MD, FACS, is an award-winning, board-certified plastic surgeon based in Atlanta with over 20 years of experience. She co-founded Artisan Plastic Surgery, the city’s first all-woman physician plastic surgery practice, and has since expanded her work to include skincare and wellness through Artisan Beauté, delivering a comprehensive, 360-degree approach to beauty and health. A Member Surgeon of Olympus Cosmetic Group, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Dr. Alexander has served as Chief of Surgery at Northside Hospital and has been consistently recognized as a Top Doctor by Atlanta Magazine since 2014, along with numerous national accolades.

A Yale University graduate and Alpha Omega Alpha honoree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Alexander completed her surgical training at Emory University, where she also conducted NIH-supported research. She has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications, lectured internationally, and contributed to advancing women’s health throughout her career.
