Dr. Eve Elizabeth Pennie is a general practitioner and clinical research professional with expertise in clinical trial management and epidemiology. She earned an M.S. in Clinical Research Methods from Tulane University, an M.D. from the Latin American School of Medicine, and a B.S. in Biochemistry from SUNY Plattsburgh. As an epidemiologist with the Texas Department of State Health Services, she has supported public health programs, disease surveillance, and epidemiologic studies, including critical work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Pennie provides comprehensive, prevention-focused care and shares her global health perspective through international speaking engagements.
