James E. Reissig, PharmD, MS, BCPS, is the Clinical Pharmacy Manager at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center where he oversees the Clinical Pharmacy Specialists and clinical pharmacy services. Dr. Reissig is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy where he received his Bachelors and Doctorate of Pharmacy as well as a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Medical University where he received his Masters in Health Systems Pharmacy Administration and Leadership. Dr. Reissig is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist and graduate of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General Medical Center. Having started his career as a Pain Management and Palliative Care clinical pharmacy specialist, Dr. Reissig still holds a strong interest in pain and palliative care as well as expansion and development of clinical pharmacy services.
