Janet Bond Brill, PhD, RDN, FAND, LDN, is a nationally recognized nutrition and fitness expert specializing in cardiovascular disease prevention. With master’s degrees in nutrition and exercise physiology and a doctorate in exercise physiology, she is a registered dietitian and certified by leading organizations including the American College of Sports Medicine and the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

She is the author of eight acclaimed books and the creator of the Nutrition Together program used in Fitness Together studios worldwide.
