Lauren has a Master of Science degree from Rush University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. She earned her Certified Lactation Educator-Counselor certification from the University of California-San Diego. She specializes in fertility, pregnancy, and postnatal nutrition.
