Libby Mills, RD, went to the University of Missouri, where she earned a degree in Human Nutrition and Food Science. Later, she attended Saint Louis University, where she earned a Master’s in Medical Dietetics and became a Registered Dietitian. In her studies, she learned the life-changing power of evidence-based nutrition.
With a foundation in science, she started her private practice to be your registered dietitian, so that you can quit struggling with conflicting information and wasting time. Most important, she learned how to read the research and translate the science into choices everyday people can make in their everyday lives.
In her search for foods that are good for her, it only took one bite to know that good for her had to taste good—real good. Starting with quality ingredients, whole foods and a zealous quest for really flavorfully delicious food, she discovered a world of cooking beyond her Midwest roots.
