Maral Malekzadeh, DO

Dr. Maral Malekzadeh, DO, is a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon, Co-Owner, and Director of Clinical Operations who joins the team following her tenure at MedStar Health in Maryland, where she specialized in complex gynecologic care. She earned her Master of Science in Anatomy from Case Western Reserve University before obtaining her medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City, and completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Michigan State University–Sparrow Hospital. She went on to complete an American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at The Cleveland Clinic in Florida, where she refined her expertise in advanced laparoscopic techniques focused on reducing recovery time and improving long-term outcomes. Dr. Malekzadeh is known for her evidence-based, patient-centered approach, combining surgical precision with thoughtful, individualized care.
