Robert N. Jamison, PhD, is a Professor at Harvard Medical School in theDepartments of Anesthesia, Psychiatry and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation andhas over forty years’ experience working with persons with chronic pain. He is the ChiefPsychologist at the Pain Management Center at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston.
Dr. Jamison has received numerous grants from the NIH and has authored over 350 peer-reviewed articles and chapters in the area of behavioral medicine and chronic pain. Hehas served as principal investigator on many government and industry-sponsored researchstudies. He also has been the invited speaker at many national and internationalconferences.
