Stuart Hart, MD, is the Founder and CEO of Urology Health, a digital-first practice specializing in bladder and pelvic health. Urology Health aims to make high-quality bladder care more accessible, convenient, and affordable while upholding established standards of care. By merging evidence-based medicine with modern digital health technology, the platform provides consistent, compassionate, and effective care tailored to each patient’s needs.

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare delivery, clinical practice, and medical innovation, Dr. Hart has practiced as a urogynecologist and reconstructive pelvic surgeon for more than two decades. He has also served on the faculty at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. Throughout his career, he has educated and trained thousands of physicians across six continents, published extensively in peer-reviewed medical journals, and holds multiple patents in healthcare technology. Additionally, he has acted as an advisor to numerous healthcare companies and is an internationally recognized speaker.

Dr. Hart’s clinical career and professional focus are centered on caring for patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS), including overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, and interstitial cystitis. Acknowledging the significant impact these conditions have on quality of life—and the barriers many patients face in accessing expert care—he founded Urology Health.
