During my mystery shopper inquiries, I received great service from Aligner32. When I called, I got through in less than one minute. The agent said he needed to transfer me to a different department and disconnected. While I can’t say what caused the disconnect, someone immediately called me back when the call dropped. This agent was very helpful.

Aligner32’s online chat and FB messenger agents also responded in about one minute and answered all my questions. Email support took a bit longer at less than 30 minutes, but that is still very fast. The email agent was also very helpful.
