Is Kate Middleton Pregnant? Rumors Are Spreading After Weeks Out of the Spotlight

After weeks out of the limelight, Kate Middleton is about to make a royal comeback! Speculation around Kate’s “disappearance” has been rife, as the royal hasn’t been spotted in public for more than 60 days.

Now it’s been revealed that she will be returning to her official duties on Wednesday in the UK and all eyes will be on the duchess’ figure. The royal mom-of-three was last seen at a football game on July 11 and no photos of the duchess have emerged in the weeks since, prompting countless rumors.

Many royal watchers have concluded that the duchess may be pregnant with her and Prince William’s fourth child and is trying to delay an announcement and some have claimed that Kate has steered clear of public events to avoid being photographed with a noticeable baby bump.

Others noted that she has suffered from crippling morning sickness with all three of her previous pregnancies and the illness may have prevented her from attending engagements. However, many royals take time off over the UK summer and several royal experts have said that Kate’s recent absence isn’t out of the ordinary.

Behind the scenes, she’s been vacationing in Balmoral, Scotland and the Scilly Islands with William and their children. She also attended the wedding of her brother, James Middleton, in France just a few days ago, though no photos from the event have been released.
Just today photos emerged of her out shopping with Princess Charlotte and Prince George.

Kate’s first official engagement back from her break will be today in the UK to visit an air force base in Oxfordshire. Kensington Palace announced that Kate will attend an engagement at the RAF Brize Norton to meet with servicemen and women who aided in the Afghanistan evacuations.

The humanitarian effort saw more than 15,000 people flown out of Kabul and to safety following the Taliban’s takeover of the city in August. Kate is expected to speak with people involved and pose for photos during the event, and some royal watchers are eager to see what the duchess will look like after her weeks away. Previously, Prince William stepped in to help a friend from his Armed Forces training days escape Afghanistan safely.

It was widely reported that he personally intervened to ensure that an Afghan officer, whom the prince met at Sandhurst, was able to flee the Taliban-controlled city. The officer and a family group of 10 were flown to safety as a result of William’s involvement, several outlets claimed.

Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle released a statement airing their heartache at the violence in Afghanistan. They later made a donation to a charity that supports women and children in Afghanistan.
