Prince George, Louis, and Princess Charlotte Explore Kate’s Garden in Adorable New Pics

Just when you thought the Cambridge family couldn’t get any cuter, this happens. In a gorgeous surprise moment, Duchess Catherine, Prince William and their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have been photographed and filmed together – and suffice to say we’re completely enamored.

And what’s more, the family of five got together in the adorable new images and video for a cause close to mom Kate’s heart.

Indeed the adorable royal family were snapped as they visited the RHS Back to Nature Garden at the Chelsea Flower Show this weekend. The garden has been Kate’s passion project over the last few months, as she worked with Andrée Davies and Adam White of Davies White Landscape Architects.

Kate designed the garden with her family in mind, incorporating her passion for the physical benefits of the outdoors on physical and mental health. And in the most surprising moment of all, Prince Louis is seen walking for the first time!

In the adorable new snap, the young royal totters away from his smiling dad. Sorry, but is anyone else trying to calm their beating hearts?! And while we spent the last few months assuming Kate was working on her special garden design solo, it turns out she was receiving a helping hand from three very special green-fingered chums – her children!

In a statement from the Palace, it was revealed that Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis have helped The Duchess gather moss, leaves and twigs to help decorate the garden in time for the show.

In an interview with Monty Don for the BBC Kate said: “I really feel that nature and being interactive outdoors has huge benefits on our physical and mental wellbeing, particularly for young children.”

She explained that she had this in mind while creating her garden masterpiece: “I really hope that this woodland that we have created really inspires families, kids and communities to get outside, enjoy nature and the outdoors, and spend quality time together.”

The new pictures come after Kate’s design was unveiled in full over the weekend, with the Palace releasing some gorgeous new snaps of the Duchess. In one picture, she’s seen swinging on the very same rope swing that Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis were also seen playing on. Like mother like children, right?

Kate has been working on the garden for some time, adding her own personal references from her own childhood, as well as her life as a parent.

In a statement from the Royal Horticultural society, it was revealed Kate was inspired by her own childhood memories when it came to the garden’s design, “as well as special moments that will be created and treasured by families now and in the future.”

Furthermore, the Duchess was also keen to use natural materials to incorporate natural elements.

The exciting new pictures of the Cambridge family mark a rare occasion of seeing the entire clan together – the last time we saw the royals pictured together like this was for their Christmas card photo in December 2018.

So with this in mind, we’ll just be over here gazing fondly at the brand new set from the Flower Show for now – what a great start to the week!
