Prince Harry Just Made a Beautiful Tribute to Princess Diana at Her Final Resting Place
Despite being oceans apart from his family and his mother’s final resting place, Prince Harry celebrated Mother’s Day in the UK this year. Although he now lives in the California, he took things into his own hands by arranging a beautiful gesture for his mother, Princess Diana — a subtle tribute, yet one that hasn’t gone unnoticed by thousands of Diana’s fans across the world.
According to royal reporter, Omid Scobie, Harry arranged for a bunch of flowers to be laid at Althorp House to commemorate the special occasion on Sunday, March 14. The location is her family’s estate and where Diana was buried in 1997, just outside of Northampton. A green landscape with beautiful sprawling greens, it’s a wonderful, peaceful spot to mark Diana’s final resting place.

Prince William and Kate Middleton, who are now back in London, also shared a sweet gesture for Princess Diana on Sunday. Kensington Palace shared three adorable drawings and messages to Diana from William’s children, Prince George, seven, Princess Charlotte, five, and Prince Louis, two.
In George’s note, he wrote, “I love you very much and think of you always.” Charlotte added a beautiful note at the end of her letter, “Papa is missing you.”
The Palace also shared another post featuring a delicious looking cake made by the three children for their own mother, Kate. In a second photo, Kate and her mother Carole Middleton are seen in a picture from the her childhood. Of course, while the topic of Prince Harry and Meghan’s explosive Oprah Interview remains a talking point, taking time for our mother’s — near, far, here and no longer with us — is always, always something to stop to celebrate.
