See How Much Queen Elizabeth II’s Grandchildren Have Grown!
The royal family just keeps expanding! When you think of the royals, your mind might automatically go to Prince William and Prince Harry, as they tend to to be the most famous of the bunch. But the brothers are only two of Queen Elizabeth II’s grandchildren, all of whom have come a long way since they were first introduced to the world.
It can be hard to keep track of the extended royal family, especially now that Queen Elizabeth II’s grandchildren are having kids of their own. That’s why we’ve broken down this generation of royals because although most of them haven’t captured the world’s curiosity like the women who married into the family (namely Princess Diana and Kate Middleton) all of them have grown from adorable kids into royal adults with some seriously regal titles.
Queen Elizabeth’s four children — Charles (Prince of Wales), Anne (Princess Royal), Prince Andrew (Duke of York), and Prince Edward (Earl of Essex) — each had two kids, so this brood has grown rather large. The grandchildren are remarkably dispersed in terms of age, though, ranging from 40 years old to not yet 10!
See what the royal grandchildren and great-grandchildren looked like as tiny kids, compared to how grown up they look today. Some still have the same exact smiles!
