The popular bakery Crumbl has an exciting flavor lineup for the next few months and if you enjoy their fresh-baked gourmet cookies that rotate on a weekly basis, you’ll really want this inside scoop. Check out the flavors the chain has for this week and what you can expect to see in stores within the next few months!

What are Crumbl’s current flavors?

Each Monday, Crumbl shares a new list of cookies that you can enjoy for the week only and this week, there are some delicious choices. The flavors available only this week include:

  • Dubai Chocolate Cookie: brownie cookie with crunchy Kataifi and pistachio filling, milk chocolate and a drizzle of pistachio cream.
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake ft. Nutella: chocolate and hazelnut cheesecake on a cookies & cream crust, iced in Nutella and topped with whipped cream
  • White Drop Cookie ft. Hershey’s Cookies ‘n’ Creme: cookie mixed with cookies and cream chunks, topped with Hershey’s cookie n’ creme white chips and candy bar
  • Brookie Cookie: half semi-sweet chocolate chip cookie and half chocolate cookie baked together
  • Lemon Cupcake Cookie: lemon vanilla cookie topped with lemon frosting and white sprinkles

These weekly flavors are only available until Saturday January 31, so make sure to head in to grab your favorite now.

Flavors for upcoming weeks are usually kept secret, but we have the inside scoop on what you can expect for the next couple of drops. While it is likely you will see these flavors in your local Crumbl, spoilers aren’t 100% guaranteed, so keep an eye on the menu.  According to Reddit, the upcoming flavors available through mid-March are as follows.

February 2-7: Fudge Brownie Football Cookie, Confetti Cake Cookie, Caramel Shortbread Cookie ft. Twix and Peanut Butter Cup Brownie ft. Reese’s.

February 9-14: Dubai Strawberry Brownie, Strawberry Heart Cake, Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie and Valentine’s M&M’s Cookie.

February 16-21: Cookie Butter Skillet Cookie, Buckeye Brownie Cookie, Raspberry Cheesecake and S’mores Cookies

February 23-28: Yellow Sheet Cake, Pink Velvet Cake Cookie, Lemon Glaze Cookie and Mallow Sandwich Cookie ft. Oreo

March 2-7: Strawberry Cookie Butter Cookie, Galaxy Brownie, Sea Salt Toffee Cookie and Cinnamon Square

March 9-14: Cookie Dough Pie, Skillet Cookie, Peanut Butter Munch Cookie and Frosted Strawberry Cookie ft. Pop-Tarts

There is also a drop every Thursday called “Thursday Thins,” which is the release of two thin cookies available only on Thursdays. Upcoming  Thin flavors include: Chocolate Chip (today!), Oatmeal, Snickerdoodle, Cake Batter, S’mores and Cookies & Cream.

Classic flavors always available

Aside from the exciting weekly drops at Crumbl, the bakery has a few staples that are always in stock, no matter what day of the week. If you prefer a classic flavor as opposed to the more extravagant choices above, you may want to check out Crumbl’s everyday flavors:

  • Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie: a classic–no description needed
  • Pink Sugar Cookie: almond sugar cookie topped with pink almond frosting
  • Chocolate Crumb Cookie ft. Oreo: chocolate cookie mixed with Oreo pieces, topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting and sprinkled Oreo piece
  • Brownie Batter Cookie: chocolate cookie filled with semi-sweet chocolate chips and topped with brownie batter
  • Snickerdoodle Cookie: vanilla sugar cookie rolled in cinnamon sugar
  • Celebration Cake Cookie: cake batter cookie topped with cake batter cream cheese frosting and rainbow sprinkles
