Santa Claus’ House Is a Winter Wonderland, and It Comes With a Hot Cocoa Tap

Ever wondered what Santa Claus’ house in the North Pole looks like? Well, here’s your chance to find out! Remember, your home — like your job — should be a place you enjoy, because you’re going to be spending a lot of time there. And when you see what kinds of perks and upgrades Santa has installed, you’ll be ready to pack up your stuff, move to the North Pole, and take a position as an elf.

Santa’s Claus’ house — a 3-bedroom, 2-bath log cabin — was first listed on Zillow in 2016. Since then, the home’s value has increased by almost seven percent, Zillow’s Chief Marketing Officer, Jeremy Wacksman, said. “When Santa’s house first appeared on Zillow, a lot of kids were asking about the elves and where they live. We’re thrilled that this year, millions of kids around the world can explore not just Santa’s house in the North Pole, but also the homes of some of his most trusted helpers.”

If you visit Zillow’s website, you can take a 3-D tour of not only Santa’s house but also the houses of his elves. Sure, the North Pole is cold, and yes, you will probably have to work 364 days of the year preparing for Christmas, but when you see what cushy houses the elves live in, you’ll think the hard work and sacrifices are worth it.
