To do: Chill 2 cups of chamomile tea. Once cool, pour onto hair; and rinse after 10 minutes.

Milk’s lactic acid whisks away dull skin cells for a glowing complexion.

To do: Soak a washcloth in milk, wring out excess liquid, and place the cloth on the face for five minutes; rinse.

Want stronger nails? Try beer!

Stronger Nails Beer

Silicon in beer attracts moisture into skin and boosts collagen production to create stronger nail tissue.

To do: Add 1⁄2 cup of beer to a bowl and soak nails for 15 minutes; rinse.
