Summer is coming! Boost confidence just in time for swimsuit season with these five easy at-home remedies that help reverse common complaints like cellulite and stretch marks in just three weeks or less.

Get rid of belly bloat with a castor oil pack.

Castor oil is an anti-inflammatory that stimulates lymph flow and circulation to reduce swelling and “slim” the appearance of false belly fat. Simply soak a washcloth in castor oil and place it on your belly, then cover it with plastic wrap. Add a heating pad (this increases circulation) on top and relax for 30 minutes; rinse. Use twice a week.

Erase stretch marks with an argan oil scrub.

Whether on your breasts, legs or belly, these skin “tears” are no match for argan oil! Its linoleic acid repairs damage, and its vitamin E improves elasticity while hydrating to “fill” them in. Pair with sea salt (which has magnesium and calcium to nourish skin) to speed results. Here’s how: Mix a half tablespoon of argan oil (we like InstaNatural Organic Argan Oil, $14.97, Amazon) and a half tablespoon of sea salt and rub onto damp skin. Let sit five minutes; rinse. Use three times a week.

Smooth cellulite with coconut oil.

“Coconut oil’s moisturizing fatty acids plump skin so it looks more supple and less dimply,” says dermatologist Debra Jaliman, M.D. Her expert tip? Applying with the massage-like motions of a dry brush (it helps break up fatty deposits and increase collagen production) further diminishes any cellulite. What to do: Massage two teaspoons of coconut oil onto damp skin, then use a dry brush (like Eco Tools Dry Body Brush, $5, Ulta) to stroke skin in long, upward motions from the feet up toward the hips, for one minute on each leg,Repeat twice a week.

Firm jiggly arms with an egg white mask.

The protein, vitamin A, and amino acids in egg whites boost skin-firming collagen production for tauter-looking upper arms. Combine with exfoliating yogurt to smooth skin even more. Just mix an egg white with one tablespoon of plain yogurt and rub on arms; rinse after 15 minutes. Use three times a week.

Nix spider veins with horse chestnut.

When rubbed onto skin twice a day, a unique compound in plant extract horse chestnut strengthens capillary walls to thwart the leaking that causes the purple clusters. Plus, it promotes blood flow so fluid doesn’t pool, preventing new spider veins from forming. One to try: Planetary Herbals Horse Chestnut Cream ($11.89, Amazon).
