See the Kids From ‘Desperate Housewives’ All Grown Up

Tags:

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ cast included many talented young actors that seemed to grow up before our eyes during the show’s lengthy run from 2004 to 2012. When the series finally did end, the Desperate Housewives kids went their separate ways, but many stayed in the acting business. Now, five years later, the kids have grown even older — and they’re so mature, we’d hardly recognize them!

While we can’t believe how much older and barely recognizable these kids look now, we’re also so impressed with how well they’re doing. The show was a great jumping off point for many of these young TV cast members‘ careers. Once you see how they look today, all grown up and nothing like their cute pie kid days on Desperate Housewives, you may realize that some of these kids are now the grown-up actors you see appearing in other current TV shows or movies.

Those Desperate Housewives kids will forever have a place in our hearts, won’t they? Kids like Andrea Bowen, who played Julie Mayer, Susan Delfino’s daughter, or Shawn Pyfrom, who graced the screen as Bree Van de Kamp’s son, Andrew. Even sweet young Madison De La Garza, who played Juanita Solis, Gabrielle and Carlos Solis’ eldest child who was mistakenly switched at birth–is now 15 years old, believe it or not. Is it just us, or is time flying?

Just like the older stars of Desperate Housewives these showbiz kids have gone on to do exciting work in their acting careers. But to us, they’ll always be the sweet, memorable kids of Wisteria Lane– no matter how old they get!

Take a trip down memory lane with us to look back on how cute the kids of Wisteria Lane used to be before their comedy-drama went off the air. Side-bye-side we’ve placed their faces then next to their faces now. The differences are stunning!
