Can You Find the Mushroom Among the Jellyfish?

If you’re anything like us, you love a good brain teaser to pass the time when you’re bored. They especially come in handy during the winter, when the snow’s piling up and you have no place to go and nowhere to be. Trust us when we say a puzzle or a riddle can be as much of a pick-me-up as a nice cup of hot cocoa.

You might remember how Lenstore.co.uk, a UK-based contact lens store, kept us entertained during the holiday season with a great Christmas-themed puzzle (were you able to find the mysterious Christmas pudding among the turkeys?). They also kept our wheels turning long after the holiday was over by inviting us to find the umbrella among the ostriches. Now this time, their famous “Can You Spot It?” challenge is taking us into the deep ocean.

The adorable illustration in question asks us if we can find the mushroom among the jellyfish. It might sound pretty easy at first (if we were scuba diving, we’re pretty sure we’d know a mushroom if we saw it), but it’s actually pretty difficult. See if you can spot the mysterious vegetable hiding out somewhere among the gorgeous sea creatures below.

If you’re still scratching your head, you’re certainly not alone. It took us seemingly forever to solve this one, and we consider ourselves to be pretty good at these kinds of puzzles! The good news is that if it gets too hard to find, the solution is available below.

Wow, that’s the last place we ever expected to find it! Give yourself a pat on the back if you spotted it without peeking first. Even though it’s still cold outside, at least all of our brains are warmed up!
