Shopping with his parents in what seems to be the lingerie section of a department store, little Devin is checking out these strange “bra” things he sees hanging up. It’s almost like he’s appointed himself quality control manager for these brassieres, as he rushes around, inspecting each and every one. But wait until you see his preferred method of product-testing–it’s definitely one for the books!
