Where is the ‘The Carrie Diaries’ Cast Now? Catch Up with the Stars of the Forgotten 2013 ‘Sex and the City’ Prequel
Find out where AnnaSophia Robb and the stars have been since the show ended!
Have you ever wondered how Carrie Bradshaw ended up as the most iconic news columnist in New York City and how she can possibly afford all of those amazing shoes? Well, the latter is still unknown to us, but becoming a journalist in the Big Apple might have something to do with where she got her start.
The Carrie Diaries, which aired for two seasons from 2013 to 2014 on The CW and is a prequel to HBO’s Sex and the City, follows a teenage Carrie Bradshaw as she navigates life after losing her mother. While she struggles to cope, Carrie takes the opportunity to intern at a fancy law firm in Manhattan and, along the way, meets Interview Magazine style editor Larissa, who introduces her to an entirely new world of fashion, nightclubs and glamour.
Carrie struggles to hide her new life from her stressed-out father and keep her rebellious younger sister, Dorrit, in line. Check in with the cast of The Carrie Diaries and see where the stars ended up after it was canceled.

Thoughts on The Carrie Diaries: “Carrie Diaries for me was a time where I moved to New York for the first time,” Austin shared 10 years after its premiere. “I was surrounded by people that I love to be around, I learned a lot and I was falling in love with that city. So, I look back with a lot of nostalgia.”

It was touching and nostalgic and relatable, and it validates so many coming-of-age issues in an open and honest way.”
Katie Findlay as Maggie Landers

Thoughts on The Carrie Diaries: “I think she’s [Maggie] just a vulnerable person…” Findlay said. “She seems very gung-ho but she’s not by any stretch of the imagination easygoing. She’s a super emotional person who barrels through things convinced that they’ll be fun regardless of the damage that it does… I think Maggie’s path is a little more bull in a China shop.”

Thoughts on The Carrie Diaries: “It’s a blast. Everybody gets along really well,” Dooling explained. “We have cast dinners a lot, and everybody gets together and hangs out. It’s a family atmosphere. The crew and production, too, are so kind and funny. There’s a really great vibe on set.”
Chloe Bridges as Donna LaDonna

Thoughts on The Carrie Diaries: “What I like is that she [Donna] still has that balance,” Bridges shared. “Like, 40 percent of my scenes I’m being nice and 60 percent I’m being my traditional sassy self, which is very fun for me.”
Freema Agyeman as Larissa Loughlin

Born: March 20, 1979, in London, England
Earlier roles: Crossroads (2003), Doctor Who (2006-2010) and Law & Order: UK (2009-2011)

She’s into the good, the bad, the ugly, the beauty, the art, the enjoyment – just life. She’s this force of nature. And I could just see all that on the page.”
