It's hard to remember a time when people weren't glued to their phones. It seems like you can hardly walk outside without seeing someone texting or checking their mail.
At the Brookline, Massachusetts premiere of the new Johnny Depp movie, Black Mass, one sweet older woman reminded us that it's OK to put our phones down once in a while.
Look at the image and see if you can spot her. Hint, she's wearing awesome purple glasses.
She's in the bottom left corner. With a totally content smile, she's enjoying the action-phone free!
Wayne Dahlberg shared the image from Boston Globe photographer John Blanding on Twitter.

With over 7,000 retweets, this refreshing image made some think twice. Dahlberg later tweeted about why we should consider taking a break from technology every now and then.
