Who is Eniko Hart? Meet the model behind Kevin Hart’s family

Eniko Hart, born Eniko Parrish on August 18, 1984, in Baltimore, Maryland, is a model, social media influencer and mom of two young children. Both of her parents are of Jamaican heritage, and Eniko grew up with dreams of modeling and acting. Today she has 3.2 million followers on Instagram, where she shares glimpses of family life, fashion moments and workout routines.

Her big break came in 2013, when she walked the runway on BET’s Rip the Runway, the fashion-meets-music series hosted by Kelly Rowland of Destiny’s Child. Since then, Eniko has partnered with her husband on two collections for Fabletics, the affordable activewear line co-founded by Kate Hudson. Their most recent collaboration, called Wanderer, is a nature-inspired unisex line the couple dreamed up around their shared love of outdoor workouts.

Eniko and Kevin Hart’s love story and 2016 wedding

Eniko and Kevin met at a Washington, D.C., nightclub back in 2009. In Kevin’s 2019 Netflix docuseries Don’t F**K This Up, Eniko recalls him heading straight to the DJ booth to serenade her—and says the attraction was instant. “One thing led to another, and it just happened,” she says. “We couldn’t resist each other. It was nonstop.”

Their first public appearance as a couple came in 2011, after Kevin’s divorce from his first wife, Torrei Hart, was finalized in 2010. Kevin has publicly pushed back on any suggestion that Eniko broke up his first marriage. “The biggest misconception is that Eniko was the home-wrecker. This woman came in and destroyed this man’s family,” he says in the same Netflix special. “Reality is, I was done with my first marriage. We were done. In separate homes.”

Kevin proposed on Eniko’s 30th birthday, August 19, 2014, and the couple married two years later in Santa Barbara, California, in August 2016. Kevin’s older children from his first marriage, Heaven and Hendrix, were there to celebrate.

Kevin Hart’s cheating scandal and Eniko’s decision to stay

In September 2017, while Eniko was seven to eight months pregnant with the couple’s first child together, Kevin publicly acknowledged a “bad error in judgment” in a cryptic Instagram video. Eniko later shared in Kevin’s Netflix docuseries that she first learned of his infidelity through an anonymous direct message on Instagram.

“They sent me an edited video of Kevin and, you know, another woman,” she recalled. “I was about seven to eight months pregnant… I opened my phone and immediately just lost it.”

The scandal became public when it was revealed that a secretly filmed video and photos of Kevin with model Montia Sabbag in Las Vegas were being used to extort him, reportedly for $10 million. In May 2018, Kevin’s former close friend Jonathan Todd Jackson was charged with one felony count each of extortion by threatening letter and attempted extortion, according to the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office. Kevin’s Netflix documentary noted that three charges against Jackson were dropped by December 2019.

Eniko has been open about why she stayed. She’s a believer in second chances and forgiveness, she’s said—though she has also made clear she’ll only extend that forgiveness twice. Three strikes, and Kevin is out.

The Hart family: Kevin and Eniko’s kids together

Eniko and Kevin are parents to two little ones. Their son, Kenzo Kash Hart, was born in November 2017, just months after the cheating scandal broke. Their daughter, Kaori Mai Hart, arrived on September 29, 2020.

Kevin is also dad to two teenagers from his first marriage to Torrei Hart—daughter Heaven Leigh, born in 2005, and son Hendrix, born in 2007—making the Harts a blended family of six.

In a June 2021 interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kevin joked that the house is “loud enough” already. “We’re in a good place, a family of six and a couple of dogs; it’s a lot going on right now,” he said. “I say that jokingly but, you know, look, if it’s what the universe calls for and it’s what we’ve decided, then it is what it is.”

What Eniko has said about Kevin’s 2019 car accident

Kevin’s life changed on September 1, 2019, when he was seriously injured in a car crash in the Calabasas area of California. He was a passenger in his own 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when the vehicle crashed through a wooden fence on Mulholland Highway and went down a ditch. The driver, producer friend Jared Black, suffered a back injury. A third passenger, Rebecca Broxterman, walked away with mild injuries. Kevin was rushed into emergency surgery for severe back injuries.

In an interview with Men’s Health, Eniko said her husband became a different man after the accident—more present with the family, making up for time lost to work. For a couple who has done so much growing together in public, that shift is one Eniko has clearly welcomed.

Eniko Hart at Fanatics Fest 2026 and Kevin’s ‘Cold as Balls’ moment

Fanatics Fest 2026 at the Javits Center in New York was one of the buzziest crossover events of the summer, bringing together athletes, celebrities and fans for a multi-day celebration of sports and culture. Eniko was among the standout celebrity sightings, spotted on the floor during the debut episode of Here. For. It., the new real-time vertical video series hosted by Leigh Soriano.

The day was packed with big moments: Spike Lee talking Knicks in five, Jalen Brunson owning the main stage, Tiffany Haddish being her unfiltered self and Kevin Hart joining tennis superstar Novak Djokovic on the outfield stage to film a shirtless bit for Cold as Balls, Kevin’s interview series. Justin Bieber also crashed the festival for a surprise shirtless performance of Yukon, followed by a stop at the basketball court.

For fans of the Harts, seeing Eniko at Kevin’s side—cheering him on through another wild pop culture moment—was a reminder that after everything the couple has weathered, they’re still very much a team.
