Theresa Caputo Talks Jewelry Line Divinely Guided and Finding Your Personal Style: ‘Be Daring. Be Bold’ (EXCLUSIVE)
The Long Island Medium opens up about her distinct look and how faith brings comfort through grief
Known for her bold personality and iconic teased hair, Theresa Caputo, also known as the Long Island Medium, has been capturing our attention for years with her ability to communicate with those who have passed on. She rose to fame thanks to her hit reality television series, Long Island Medium, and since then, has shared her gift with the world through private readings and live shows. These days, however, she’s enjoying a bit of a career pivot as she’s shared her jewelry line, Divinely Guided, with the world. Today, Theresa launches her line, as well as a handful of new pieces, on QVC for the first time. Sitting down with Woman’s World, the Long Island Medium opened up about her latest launch, her favorite pieces in her line and finding your personal style.
Theresa Caputo’s ‘Divinely Guided’ line connects people with their loved ones
Theresa’s gift has allowed her to connect people in the physical world to their deceased loved ones in the spirit world, and similar to her abilities, her line of jewelry aims to do the same thing. From pendants to bracelets and charms, the pieces in her collection serve as a physical reminder that the people we have lost, though no longer with us physically, will always be with us spiritually.

“What I really want with this jewelry is to help people, and what really matters is faith and having a connection, and sometimes knowing—truly knowing and believing—that heaven and earth, they really do meet in the smallest moments.”
“What I’ve learned over the decades of doing what I do is that grief changes us. No matter who we lose, grief changes us. We are never the same, but we have to remind ourselves that our faith is really what carries us through the especially the difficult times in our life, and then the jewelry, I want it to be a reminder that our loved ones—their love will never leave us. The bond that we share with our souls and their love and their guidance, that is something that will never, never, ever be broken.”
Some of Theresa’s favorite items in the collection include the Let the Light in Pendant, which reminds her of her strength in times of difficulty. There’s also a new piece apart of this launch, a cross pendant containing a series of beautiful stones, which also has special meaning to her. “I think a lot of people lose their faith, especially through grief, and I think that with the cross, it just reminds us of faith, love and that we’re always guided every day.”
Theresa urges women to embrace their individuality
While she’s always been known to sport a more daring look—from her blonde ‘do to her long nails—the 58-year-old television personality knows it isn’t easy to step outside of the box. However, her advice for women who might be struggling to find their personal style is simple: “Be daring. Be bold. Do the things outside of your comfort zone.”

She continues, “I’ve always loved designer things, beautiful things, fashion. My mom always says, ‘We don’t know where you came from,’ because none of us are like this in the family. But I think that’s hard. And I think personal style and fashion is whatever makes you feel good. For me, getting dressed, having my hair done, putting on a pair of shoes and having all my jewelry layered, it makes me feel good.”
