The time has come and we can’t contain our excitement: Hallmark’s annual Countdown to Christmas has arrived! The yearly tradition kicks off this Friday, October 17 at 8 p.m., and Hallmark fans can anticipate new films, series and premieres hitting screens on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays up until the end of December. Here, take a peek at some of the most highly anticipated shows and movies part of this lineup!

OCTOBER

Friday, October 17 at 8 p.m.—‘Mistletoe Murders’

Sarah Drew brings to life Emily, who owns a year-round Christmas-themed store. Despite her holly jolly outlook, she has a knack for solving local murders and mysteries. 

Saturday, October 18 at 8 p.m.—’A Royal Montana Christmas’

Victoria is a princess who heads to Montana for the holidays, as she did when she was a youngster. While there, she begins falling for her guide, and soon enough, she’s torn between the rustic life of Montana and her responsibilities as a royal. 

Sunday, October 19 at 8 p.m.— ‘A Christmas Angel Match’

Two Christmas angels who bring soulmates together during the holidays find themselves clashing thanks to their different approaches to their job. 

Friday, October 24 at 8 p.m.—’Mistletoe Murders’

Emily returns in the second episode of Mistletoe Murders. Get to know her, as well as Detective Sam Wilner, as the series proceeds!

Saturday, October 25 at 8 p.m.—’Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper!’

Ted, a weatherman, loves the holidays, and after a few years of bad luck, he’s committed to making this holiday season a great one. When things are looking similar to the last few years, he leans on a few special people to turn things around. 

Sunday, October 26 at 4 p.m.—’Season’s Greetings from Cherry Lane’

Following the different generations who have lived at 7 Cherry Lane over time, from back in 1951 to 2024, this heartwarming tale is perfect for the holidays.

Three separate families celebrate Christmas on Cherry Lane in 1960, 1998 and 2015. 

Sunday, October 26 at 8 p.m.—’Deck the Halls of Cherry Lane’

Blair and Josh, both in the military, have been rivals since their early training days, but a heated argument at a holiday party puts them both on deck, working Christmas together for a full 24 hours. Soon enough, they’re forced to work together to save the holiday for those on base.
