The gods of song seemed to be shining down on Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium February 15 for Reba McEntire’s two stellar shows.
The country veteran was joined by Kelly Clarkson and Trisha Yearwood for a stirring performance of the hymn “Softly and Tenderly,” a collaboration which appears on McEntire’s latest album Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope.
It was a magical moment for fans, and McEntire revealed to Rare Country that she couldn’t have been more thrilled to have her girlfriends singing onstage with her.
