Audiobooks: Listen to an iconic chef in ‘Be Ready When the Luck Happens’

Beloved Food Network star Ina Garten is the author of 13 bestselling cookbooks, but her newly released memoir, Be Ready When the Luck Happens, is about her life outside of the kitchen. In it, the chef discusses her difficult childhood, meeting her husband and how she took the risk to own and operate a specialty food store with no prior experience in the industry. Ina narrates the audiobook, which is rife with lessons and essential insights from a life well-lived.
Music: Sing along to ‘Nobody Loves You More’

Tune in to Kim Deal’s debut solo studio album, Nobody Loves You More. Known best as the original bassist and co-vocalist of alternative-rock band Pixies and as front woman of The Breeders, Kim is breaking out on her own for the first time with this forthcoming release. Two songs featured on the track list—“Are You Mine?” and “Wish I Was”—were recorded for the first time back in 2011, but Kim feels they weave perfectly into the thematic feel of this album. Nobody Loves You More will be available wherever you stream music on November 22.
Food Network: Cheer them on in Kids Baking Championship

Show us how it’s done in the kitchen on this special holiday edition of Kids Baking Championship. Hosted by Kardea Brown and Duff Goldman, Kids Baking Championship: Frosting the Snowman follows four kid bakers as they compete for a grand prize worth $10,000. What’s the objective? Contestants must concoct a superb series of handmade gifts for the underappreciated residents of the North Pole. The special premieres December 2.
HBO: Enjoy a hometown love story in ‘Sweethearts’

Breaking up isn’t always for the better. That’s the message of Sweethearts, the latest romantic comedy to hit streaming services. The film stars Kiernan Shipka (Twisters) and Nico Hiraga (Love in Taipei) as first-year college students back in their hometown for Thanksgiving break. In the midst of sleeping in and stuffing themselves with turkey, the duo make a deal to call it quits with their high-school sweethearts. What begins as a silly scheme derails into rancorous chaos on a night out in their hometown. See if their friendship will stand the test when Sweethearts premieres on November 28.
Games: Feel bewitched with Wicked: The Game

Work as a team to take down the Wizard and save the City of Oz in Wicked: The Game, a thrilling new adventure from Spin Master Games. In this family board game based on the Broadway show (and movie releasing November 22), players collect sets of matching cards to redeem for Thrillifying Magic tokens that help them progress in their Storybook. The more cards one gets, the more tokens they’ll receive and the sooner they’ll find their Happily Ever After. Eagerly flip the pages of your own Storybook until the final chapter in Wicked: The Game, for 2 to 4 players ages 10 and up.
In theaters: Set sail on the seas in ‘Moana 2’

Reunite with Walt Disney Animation’s adventurous teen Moana as she embarks on another epic journey. In this sequel to the popular film from 2016, Moana and her friend, demigod Maui, go beyond the shores of her South Pacific home after receiving an unexpected call from her ancestors. Leaving the safety of Motunui comes with risks, but Moana exudes bravery in the face of her ambitious quest. Moana 2 premieres in theaters on November 27.
