Cats on glass tables are some of the most entertaining cats to watch on the internet. There’s no denying that our kitties look quite a bit different when we see them from underneath a glass table — in a truly hilarious way. If you enjoy funny cat photos, just wait until you see these cats on glass tables take hilarity to a whole new level (literally).

There’s not really a rhyme or reason why cats like to hop on glass tables specifically. If you own a cat, you know that they love to jump on just about any table, countertop, or other piece of furniture that they’re able to reach. According to the Animal Humane Society, cats tend to enjoy elevated places and in most homes, tables and countertops are some of the highest spots in the house. As you may imagine, these spots are even more tempting for kitties if there’s food on them. (It’s no wonder why they’re always interrupting us while we’re cooking or in the middle of a meal!) So, if you randomly find your cat on a glass table, chances are that your cat is just being a cat.

As we all know, kitties can move super quickly without a moment’s notice. That’s why it’s tough for a lot of us to get a really good view of our pet cats from underneath a glass table before they dart off to go elsewhere yet again. It can be even more challenging if our glass tables are relatively low to the ground (well, low for us humans, anyway). So don’t worry if you’re missing out on seeing your precious pet get a kick out of this funny habit.
