5 restaurants offering heat and serve Thanksgiving feasts
The sooner you order your prepared Thanksgiving feast the better to avoid stressing about dinner on the actual holiday. Remember, the whole point is to have dinner already taken care of so you can spend more time with guests rather than in the kitchen. With this in mind, consider ordering from these five restaurants as soon as possible for a flavorful turkey day feast without the fuss! (Note: Price and participation may vary by location.)
1. Cracker Barrel
When it comes to home-style cooking, not many restaurants come quite as close to the real deal as Cracker Barrel. Their Thanksgiving Heat N’ Serve Feast ($184.99) feeds eight to 10 people and includes two oven-roasted turkey breasts, cornbread dressing, turkey gravy, cranberry relish, green beans, sweet yeast rolls and pumpkin and pecan pie. You can also pick their Thanksgiving Heat N’ Serve Family Dinner ($119.99) for a smaller crowd of four to six people, or a few pies on their own for $13.99 each. *Available now until December 1
2. Denny’s
This staple for all-day comfort food is offering a Turkey Bundle that feeds four (starting at $54.99). The dishes include a juicy carved turkey breast, savory stuffing, red-skinned mashed potatoes, your choice of a second side, cranberry sauce and gravy. You can also add a whole pumpkin or pecan pie to your order. *Available now until November 27
3. Marie Callender’s
Instead of stocking up on the restaurant’s frozen food options, you can have them prepare a feast with whole turkey, the turkey breast, a glazed spiral-cut ham or a combination of these two meats (starting at $164.99). Each option comes with their feast trimmings: apple-sage stuffing, fire-roasted yams with cranberry streusel topping, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, turkey gravy, chef’s vegetables, cornbread and pumpkin or apple pie. *Available now until November 28
4. Brio Italian Grille
The Italian restaurant chain is making turkey day hassle-free with their family-style Thanksgiving feast (price varies by location). This feast, which feeds four to five people, includes sliced white meat turkey, homestyle gravy, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, Italian sausage stuffing, a seasonal vegetable and cranberry sauce. Brio is also offering individual Thanksgiving meals and catering for large crowds. *Available now until November 28
5. Bob Evans
When it comes to the Farmhouse Feast, your family can choose between options with both turkey and ham ($159.99) or pick just one main dish (starting at $84.99). Either one will go perfectly with sides like corn, bread and celery dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, rolls, green beans with ham, macaroni and cheese, pumpkin bread, pumpkin pie and/or double-crust apple pie. They’ll also be open on Thanksgiving if you don’t feel like heating up your own oven. *Available now through Christmas
