Ingredients

  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1 cup Aperol
  • 34 cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle prosecco, chilled
  • 6 dashes of bitters
  • 1 14 cups club soda

Divide ice cubes evenly among 6 chilled wine glasses. Divide Aperol and Grand Marnier evenly among glasses. Tilt one glass and carefully pour in prosecco. Repeat for remaining drinks. Add a dash of bitters to each. Gently stir to combine. Top with club soda.
