How Tami Taddo Is Raising The Bar For Tallow Products With Natural Ingredients Sourced from the USA

When Tami Taddo was diagnosed with skin cancer in 2021 she knew she had to begin making changes to her daily life. The procedure to treat her skin cancer was a painful surgery in which Tami had to endure portions of skin on her scalp being scraped out to successfully remove any traces of the cancer. Since then she has had to undergo two more surgeries and still has to go to the doctor every six months for skin checkups.

After her treatment Tami was still suffering from eczema, which she seemed to be unable to get rid of no matter what lotions or ointments she applied to her skin. With no solution in sight, Tami threw away all of her name-brand skincare products.

Tami was speaking with a friend and telling her about the struggles she was facing when her friend suggested she try looking into tallow for her eczema. After researching Tallow and its skincare benefits, Tami decided to source her own ingredients. She then made her first lotion stick, applied it to her skin and within days her eczema was completely gone. With a new passion for the use of tallow as a skincare product, Tami began making more lotion bars, which she gave to her family and friends to try out. She says they loved it as much as she did, and this inspired her to found Taddo’s Tallow.

When Tami was starting the company she went through a lot of trial and error to develop the best products that she could bring to market. She completed thorough research on the best ingredients to use, so that she could develop her own products to ensure there were no added impurities or potentially harmful substances. All of her ingredients are ethically sourced from family-owned farms and providers.

Currently Tami sells her Tallow products online and at in-person markets. She consistently receives positive praise for her products from people who initially try samples but end up becoming repeat customers for Taddo’s Tallow.

“When I first started this journey I was just trying to get rid of my eczema and take care of the problems I was experiencing, but the feedback from my family and friends was so inspiring that I felt like people needed to learn about Tallow and allow the world to experience it as well,” says Tami.

Tami takes pride in using only responsibly sourced all-natural ingredients because she doesn’t want the possibility of anything synthesized or harmful making its way into the tallow products she creates and sells. Her ultimate goal for Taddo’s Tallow is for it to become a household name and alternative to harmful, mass-produced, products that don’t do what they promise to. Recently, Tami completed an entire rebrand for her company, which she hopes will enable the brand to stand out from other tallow products through an elegant design and dedication to quality, and purity. Another focus for Tami is to have consistency throughout all of her products, which she makes by hand. If one of the products she is making doesn’t come out perfect she starts over in the process.
