Julia Roberts has been our favorite Pretty Woman for years, and her beauty has only increased with time. Now, thanks to Instagram, we know at least one of the secrets behind her ageless complexion: an LED light therapy mask.

The Ocean’s Eleven actress took to social media yesterday to show off a photo of herself multitasking with a little skincare as she traveled by car with the help of Aduro’s 7+1 LED facial mask ($318.40, Aduro).

“March, I’m all in!” she wrote.

This handy little device emits seven different types of LED light that will go deep into the skin — a technique developed by NASA in the ’80s to speed tissue repair, which has since been clinically-proven to fight aging, wrinkles, redness, and more.

“LED light is essentially acting like the sun to a plant,” dermatologist Marnie Nussbaum, MD, told Vogue in 2016. “It is penetrating the skin to a cellular level and subsequently causing different intra- and intercellular reactions.”

Each color plays a different role in aiding your complexion: Red light, for instance, can reduce inflammation and improve skin texture and density, while blue light can be an effective means of controlling acne.

Aduro’s device features both the aforementioned red and blue lights, plus purple (a combo of the two that improves lymph metabolism), green (to calm and improve pigmentation and fine lines), turquoise (a mix of blue and green), yellow (to smooth, hydrate, and boost collagen production), and orange (to soothe). It also features infra-red skin-boosting technology.

Don’t have an extra $300 bones to spare? Not to fret: This seven-color model from Project E Beauty ($219.99, Amazon) shaves roughly $100 off the price and has many of the same colors (red, blue, green, yellow, purple, light blue, and white to accelerate tissue metabolism).

You can also check out this three-color mask from RAIPSOSA (15.98, Amazon) for a quick dose of red, blue, and yellow.

Raved one reviewer of the latter model: “FEELS GREAT! Makes skin feel fresh. Each color gives a different positive feeling. Easy to use. Comfortable. Quality Materials and affordable.”

To use these masks, simply turn them on and wear as indicated (anywhere between five to 20 minutes). Safety goggles ($4.99, Amazon) are also recommended to protect your eyes.

If these can make us glow anywhere near Roberts’ wattage, we’re also “all in” for March!
