As a woman who's always on her feet, the Duchess of Cornwall needs a comfy pair of shoes — and Duchess Camilla's favorite heels are ideal for women who suffer from bunions or other foot problems. (Bunions are bony bumps that form at the base of the big toe as a result of your big toe pushing against the next toe, causing your big toe's joint to get bigger and protrude.) At events, Prince Charles' wife is often photographed wearing the same pair of stylish nude high heels. Because she looks so fabulous, we did a little digging to see where we could find a similar pair.
It turns out her shoe of choice is called the "Ingrid," and it's designed by a brand called Sole Bliss. Footwear designer Lisa Kay developed the Shoe Bliss line after learning that women worldwide were struggling with painful bunions. She wanted to create shoes that women with bunions or wide feet could wear that were comfortable and stylish.
Duchess Camilla's elegant neutral footwear will set you back £149 (roughly $190 USD), which is no small sum — but it's not desirable to walk around wearing tight, ill-fitting, unsupportive shoes just because they're cheap, either. If you find a pair of heels that make you feel like you're walking on clouds, buy them — they'll more than pay for themselves.
