Aldi Is Helping Us All Kick Off Summer Right With $12.99 Margarita Wine

Tags:

Few things in this world are quite as refreshing as sipping on a delicious margarita, especially when the summer heat hits. The beverage also tastes sweeter when you can pour yourself a glass without paying an arm and a leg for it. And if you’re more of a wine than a tequila person, you’re in luck, too.

Fans of shopping at Aldi’s grocery stores already know you can snag amazing deals on pretty much anything you might want to stock in your kitchen. Now, that includes bottles of the oh-so-scrumptious Rancho La Gloria Margarita Wine Cocktail, which you can add to your cart for just $12.99 a pop.

The phrase “margarita wine” might cause some head scratching but, like the traditional mixture with tequila, the wine used in these cocktails are made from the same type of agave plant. Meaning it’s the same margarita taste you know and love, just with wine instead of tequila — and makes it perfect if you’re trying to avoid the hard stuff (or just prefer wine).

The company also offers a few tempting flavors to choose from: classic, strawberry, and mango. Each bottle is 1.5 liters and 13.9 percent ABV. There’s no blending, stirring, or shaking necessary — just pour and enjoy!

Shoppers seem to be especially excited about the tropical mango addition, but we certainly wouldn’t turn down the classic or strawberry, either.

You’ll have to check out your local Aldi store to see if they’ve lined their shelves with the boozy drink. You can also sign up for an InstaCart account to get it delivered with all your other groceries if it’s available in your area, too.

We can’t think of a better way to kick off summer than sipping on a nice cool glass (or two… or three) of this budget-friendly margarita. The only question now is whether or not to add salt to the rim before slurping it down. Either way, we’ll be saying cheers!
