So, how much water should you drink to benefit your skin? You’ve probably heard the old adage about drinking eight eight-ounce glasses of water a day. However, the U.S. National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine recommends 2.7 liters of water for women daily, which comes out to around 11 eight-ounce glasses.
