Candy Cane White Fudge Brownie Bites

It’s a cinch to dress up no-bake brownie bites with white fudge that’s even sweeter with crushed candy canes.

Ingredients

  • 2 (9.75 oz.) pkgs. mini brownies, such as Entenmann’s Little Bites
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅛ tsp. salt
  • 4 (6″ long) red and green candy canes, coarsely crushed, ⅓ cup
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Hershey’s Candy Cane Kisses

Instructions

  1. Line 8″ square baking pan with enough foil to overhang sides by 2″; coat with cooking spray. Evenly press mini brownies into pan to cover bottom completely. Cover with plastic wrap; chill while making fudge topping.
  2. In microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, milk and salt. Microwave in 30-sec. intervals, stirring, until smooth. Stir in crushed candy canes. Gently spread over chocolate layer.
  3. Chill brownies until white fudge layer is set, at least 6 hrs. or overnight. Using foil, lift brownies from pan. Cut into squares; top each with candy kiss.
