Juicy Greek Turkey Burgers With Herbed Yogurt Sauce Recipe Is a Mediterranean Twist On an All-American Classic

These flavorful patties are sute to satisfy a craving

Comments

Cheeseburgers are one of my all-time favorite comfort foods, but sometimes I like to switch things up a little. That’s what inspired this Greek Turkey Burgers with Herbed Yogurt Sauce recipe. We give the meat a flavor-packed upgrade that’s super-simple to do. Plus, with instructions for grilling or broiling, you can enjoy these mouthwatering bites any time of year.

To make the sauce, we stir seasoned salt into Greek yogurt. The blend contains dried oregano and basil for a double dose of herby goodness. Then we give the patties an easy Mediterranean makeover with crumbled feta and chopped red onion mixed right into the meat. The cheese softens up during cooking so you get a creamy-tangy pop with every bite. Layers of Persian cucumber, ripe tomato and peppery arugula add a fresh finish. Cook along with our video and watch how quick they are put together then leave us a comment.
