Greek Turkey Burgers With Herbed Yogurt Sauce
Give burgers an easy Mediterranean makeover—just mix feta and onion right into ground turkey, grill, and top with an herbed yogurt sauce!

- 6 oz. plain greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 tsp. Lawry’s® Mediterranean Herb Seasoned Salt
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 4 whole-wheat hamburger rolls
- thinly sliced
- thinly sliced
Instructions
PrintPrepare grill over medium direct-heat cooking or position rack so that top of burgers on pan will be 4 inches from broiler, then preheat broiler. Mix yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Mix ground turkey, feta cheese, chopped red onion, and remaining 1 teaspoon seasoned salt in medium bowl until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill or broil burgers 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through and no longer pink inside (instant read thermometer should register 165 degrees Fahrenheit when inserted into center of burgers). Lightly toast rolls on grill or under broiler. Serve burgers on rolls topped with yogurt mixture, red onion, and cucumber slices.
