Corn With Pepper Butter Recipe Gives This Cookout Favorite a Zesty Upgrade

Slathering the veggie with a flavorful cheesy-herb butter turns it from ordinary to extraordinary

Fresh corn on the cob gets a flavor kick in this recipe with Corn with Pepper Butter. It’s unlike any corn you’ve had previously as it’s slathered in a mixture of cracked black pepper spreadable cheese, butter, herbs and other ingredients. This gives the sweet vegetable an earthy and peppery flavor. Plus, it’s cooked on the grill — which adds a layer of smokiness. Trust us, this dish will be the star of your next BBQ as it preps easy and is bursting with savory goodness!

Although creamy peppercorn cheese enhances the grilled corn’s flavor, you can swap in your favorite spreadable cheese instead. Also, you can make a variation like Orange-Oregano Corn by substituting orange zest and juice for lemon, omitting the herbs and sprinkling the grilled veg with chopped oregano.
