Tasty Tortellini Pasta Salad Recipe Is Perfect for a Summer Picnic!

Chicken sausage and juicy tomatoes liven up this zesty toss

For me, pasta salads are the best summer side. They’re quick to toss together, and you can serve them at room temperature or chilled. Trouble is, they sometimes get a bad rap for being bland or boring. If you feel the same way, then you have to try this Tortellini Pasta Salad recipe. It’s loaded with fresh zingy flavor.

We start with fresh 3-cheese tortellini. They cook up in mere minutes and add a burst of flavor with every bite. You can find all sorts of stuffed pasta in the refrigerated section of most grocery stores, and any variety would be delicious here. Pasta and sausage are a match made in heaven. To keep things light, we stir in Italian-style chicken sausage, then toss it all together with an easy vinaigrette. White Balsamic has a clean fruity finish so it’s perfect with fresh veggies, zingy sausage and nutty cheese. Give it a try, then leave us a comment.
