Enrolling with Everlywell’s Weight Care+ is simple

Your provider will schedule regular check-ins to assess progress and medication tolerance, while making any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. You can also reach out with questions or concerns at any time, though unlike other similar services such as Henry Meds, it doesn’t boast having a 24-hour customer care team. That is something to keep in mind when selecting an online pharmacy.

There isn’t a customer service number you can call

For administrative or shipping questions, patients can also reach out to the Customer Experience Team. However, they also are not available 24/7, nor do they have a phone line you can call. The membership fee is not covered by insurance, and it costs $49 for the first month, and $139 for each month after that. Those who qualify for a generic compounded semaglutide also won’t be able to use insurance, but it will only cost $199 per month, out of pocket.

The cost of branded GLP-1 medications, like Ozempic, will vary based on insurance coverage. Everlywell doesn’t list the prices of their branded medications, and though Woman’s World reached out to customer service regarding their prices, they only gave a range: $900 to $1,400 for a one-month supply, which is comparable to other telehealth providers like Hers, which lists prices, but notes that prices will vary at different pharmacies. At Hers, for example, Ozempic costs about $968.52 out of pocket per month; while Wegovy costs $1,349 per month. Prices So it would cost that much out of pocket, plus the monthly Weight Care+ subscription cost, to use a branded drug without insurance.
