Creative Wigs and Hair Replacement Announces Online Launch

Creative Wigs and Hair Replacement has announced the upcoming launch of its online storefront, a strategic step designed to broaden access to the company’s compassionate, in-person style of care. The digital presence aims to remove geographic barriers and help people facing hair loss obtain expert guidance and personalized support when travel or health concerns make salon visits difficult.

This expansion builds on Creative Wigs’ strong foundation of in-person service. The company operates four physical locations across Utah, each staffed with cosmetologists who specialize in fittings, custom cutting, color matching and personalization, aiming to create looks and feels that are natural. Offering both human and synthetic wigs, the salons also provide professional repair, reconditioning and styling services.

“Building an online home for our work is all about preserving relationships,” says owner Wendi Barker. “We aim to carry the same dignity, guidance and hope we provide in our salons into every virtual engagement because our goal is to see people make confident choices even from afar.”

To support that goal, the online shop will feature a conventional shopping cart alongside optional live consultations for wig selection and hair loss support. Customers can choose to purchase directly or schedule personalized sessions. These consultations will be available for men, women and children, and will be tailored to individual needs, from lightweight topper assessments to full wig planning for medical or cosmetic reasons.

“The online site will explain consultation types, allowing clients to select the appropriate session,” Barker says. “The notes from virtual appointments will be preserved to streamline any subsequent in-person visits.”

Product offerings will closely mirror those found in-store, including full men’s wigs, non-surgical hair replacement systems bonded with medical adhesives, toppers, halo-style and clip-in pieces and hats with attached hair for active or casual wear. During consultations, stylists will assess hair loss patterns, lifestyle needs and timing considerations before recommending cap construction, sizing and maintenance services such as washing, fiber smoothing and reconditioning.

In recognition of its impact, Creative Wigs is listed as a winner in the 2025 Best of State Awards in Utah in the Miscellaneous Merchandising and Services category. “This honor affirms the values we’ve built our company around,” Barker states. “It’s a meaningful acknowledgment of the standards we uphold, the lives we touch and the care we extend beyond commerce. Our work is a fusion of technical excellence, heartfelt service and community-minded programming, and this award tells us that those efforts matter.”

With the launch of its online storefront, Creative Wigs marks a pivotal moment in its evolution from a respected local provider to a mission-driven brand with a broader reach. Barker says, “We look forward to seeing more people feeling seen, supported and empowered in their journey through hair loss, regardless of location, mobility or circumstance.”
