Jennifer Perri Shares How Women Can Turn Life’s Biggest Setbacks Into Their Greatest Comebacks
How women can successfully navigate life changes in the modern era.
As women navigate more personal and professional transitions today, the need for guidance that addresses confidence, identity, purpose and practical decision-making continues to grow. From divorce to career changes, burnout, grief, empty nesting and health challenges, all of these can create moments of uncertainty, but they can also become opportunities if handled well.
Among those helping women navigate these pivotal moments is Jennifer Perri, Founder and CEO of SHERO Life & Empowerment Coaching, LLC, Reinvention Strategist, and CDC Certified Divorce Coach®. Her work helps women move from surviving to thriving by providing clarity, confidence and support as they build their next chapter.
Who is Jennifer Perri?
Jennifer Perri’s story started with her own personal experience. “My journey into this work wasn’t something I planned; it was something I lived.” she shares.
After surviving an abusive marriage and navigating her own divorce, she experienced firsthand the emotional, financial and identity shifts that happen when a relationship ends. This afforded her first-hand insight into the ways in which women often need personal guidance to move forward with confidence and successfully rebuild their lives.
Before becoming a coach, she spent more than 20 years in financial services, helping people make important financial decisions. That experience, combined with her personal journey, inspired her to become a Certified Divorce Coach® and expand her work beyond divorce into broader areas of reinvention.
Creating a new perspective on reinvention
Perri believes reinvention isn’t about returning to a previous version of yourself. It’s about creating a future that reflects personal growth, new priorities and renewed purpose.
“Reinvention isn’t about becoming someone else; it’s about having the courage to become more of who you were always meant to be.” Perry says.
Her mission is to transform how women navigate life’s major transitions. The aim isn’t just to recover from losses or endure past events but to actively and purposefully shape what lies ahead. Perri’s approach extends beyond traditional coaching. She is leading the way in establishing reinvention as a recognized and esteemed area of personal growth, empowering women with strategies, support and confidence to abandon an unfulfilling life and craft the one they genuinely desire.
Expanding the conversation around women’s growth
The future of Perri’s work is centered on expanding her global impact through coaching, speaking, media, books and strategic partnerships. She is also growing Vault Women and The Vault Collective, a powerful community for ambitious women ready to claim greater confidence, expand their visibility, strengthen their leadership and create success on their own terms.
She also continues to grow her podcast, Next Level Women, where she has conversations with inspiring women leaders, entrepreneurs and experts about resilience, reinvention, business, wellness and creating a life of purpose. As she details, “I believe every ending carries the seed of a new beginning, but growth requires the courage to let go of what no longer fits.”
A brighter future
Looking ahead, Jennifer Perri is building a global movement that empowers women to reinvent themselves through life’s biggest transitions. Her vision is to expand her social community through coaching, speaking, books, media and transformational spaces where women can reclaim their confidence, rediscover their purpose and boldly create what comes next.
“Your life isn’t defined by what happened to you,” Perri says. “It’s defined by what you choose to build next.”
