Alex Drummond Scott is embracing life as a first-time girl-mom. That means baby Sofia has everything from a pink nursery and clothes to future matching outfits with her mom. Recently, Drummond Scott shared purchases from a shopping spree at Hill House Home, her favorite clothing brand, where she upgraded her and Sofia’s spring wardrobes. Alex Drummond’s new matching dresses—the styles for her and Sofia
Drummond Scott is a huge fan of Hill House Home’s clothing, especially their robes and pajamas, but this year, their Spring collection of dresses caused her to pull out her wallet. “I cannot wait to wear these this spring and summer,” Drummond Scott explained in an Instagram story from March 1.
She first chose the popular Ellie Nap Dress in the Sky Bluebonnet color. The dress has ruffled sleeves, a stretchy, smocked bodice and a midi-length skirt. “But y’all are not ready for this,” she continued while she held up Sofia’s matching baby version, complete with bloomers. “Look at this freaking cuteness.” And fans can’t wait to see the mother-daughter duo in matching blue floral dresses.
However, you’d be mistaken to think Drummond Scott only purchased one matching set. She also snagged the Scarlet Nap Dress in Pink Bluebonnet. This style has different sleeves, a maxi-length, narrower skirt and lace detail at the neckline, which Drummond Scott said looked “really pretty.”
Drummond Scott also preemptively bought Sofia’s version in a 12-18 month size, so it’ll be a bit of time until she grows into it. “We will have matching looks for years to come,” explained Drummond Scott, adding, “I’m definitely that mom that’s matching.”

If you’re looking to wear florals for spring (groundbreaking!), these dresses are perfect for comfort and style. The Ellie Nap Dress costs $178 and is available in sizes XXXS-XXXL. It comes in both classic and limited-edition colors. The matching baby dress and bloomers cost $88 and are available in sizes 6-12 months, 12-18 months and 18-24 months.
Drummond Scott’s second dress, the Scarlet Nap, is available in the same size range and eight colors. It costs $218. The baby style is available only in sizes 12-18 and 18-24 months and retails for $88.
Both dresses are made from cotton, and the brand also offers other styles that will be perfect for mom and daughter to match once the weather gets warmer.
Alex Drummond shares photos of Sofia from February
Ever since her birth in December, Drummond Scott (and the rest of the Pioneer Woman’s family) has been sharing updates and sweet moments with Sofia. With February now over, Drummond Scott shared her “February Scrapbook” on Instagram. The collection of photos, with Sofia at the forefront, highlights what everyone’s favorite newborn has been up to lately.
“February scrapbook 🥰🩷🫶❄️👶🥂💋💐✨ feels like every month just gets sweeter and sweeter,” Drummond Scott wrote in the caption. The first photo was a picture of Drummond Scott outside with a glass of wine next to a sleeping Sofia. Additional photos featured several moments where Sofia was smiling or sleeping with either Mauricio Scott, Drummond Scott’s husband, or with Grandma Ree—the Pioneer Woman herself!
