Throughout the decade, she became a Hollywood starlet, taking center stage in films such as Bye Bye Birdie (1963), Viva Las Vegas (1964) and The Swinger (1966).
Today, at age 83, Ann-Margret is as gorgeous as ever. The actress recently shared an Instagram video announcing she would be attending Planet Comicon, a pop culture and comic book event, in Kansas City this past weekend. The star shared the message with a stunning smile and her usual red locks.
“Hello Kansas City,” Ann-Margret said in the video. “I’m so excited to be here. Come visit me at Planet Comicon downtown all weekend. Hey, see ya soon!”
Fans were excited in the comments of the actress’s video, leaving sweet comments for the star. One commenter wrote, “My goodness, you have that same Ann-Margret energy after all these years! You are an American treasure, Ann-Margret! ❤️” Another wrote, “Omg she still is drop dead gorgeous!”

When their relationship ended, Ann-Margret’s career continued to flourish, and she starred in more major films. Ann-Margret became one of the world’s most famous actresses, and throughout her career, she was always remembered for her fiery red hair, which cemented her status as a star.
