Superstar singer Jessica Simpson rose to fame in the late 1990s and found even greater success in the early 2000s with her hit reality series, Newlyweds: Nick and Jessica. In 2005, the singer founded her own fashion line called The Jessica Simpson Collection, which pushed Simpson from being just a star into entrepreneurial territory.

With a 25-year career under her belt, she has earned a living through her music, acting projects and her own fashion line. Find out what we know about Simpson’s net worth and more regarding her earnings.

Jessica Simpson’s home

Simpson and her now ex-husband, Eric Johnson, previously owned a home together in Hidden Hills, Calif. The couple purchased the home for $11.5 million from Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne in 2013. The Osbournes previously purchased the home for $12.4 million back in 2007, so Simpson and Johnson got the home for a good price.

In 2023, the couple listed the house for $22 million after they spent the summer in Nashville and hoped to move east. However, by August 2024, they removed the listing after not being able to find a buyer.

In January 2025, just days before Simpson and Johnson announced their split, the house was back on the market, but this time it was for a lesser price of $17.9 million. The house is still on the market and can be viewed here.

The home features 7 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a four-car garage, a playground, a basketball court and a pool, among other things.

The Jessica Simpson Collection

Odds are that if you walk into your local Walmart or Macy’s, you will come across an item from the Jessica Simpson Collection. When Simpson launched the brand, she partnered with the Camuto Group, which was founded by Vince Camuto, eventually selling Camuto 25% of her brand.

In 2010, the collection was bringing in around $750 million per year in gross revenue and about $1 billion at its peak in 2014. A year later, Simpson sold a majority of her stake—62.5% of her 75%— to Sequential Brands for $117 million. But when that company went down after the COVID-19 pandemic, Simpson regained her company in 2021.

It means the absolute world to me to be able to take over complete ownership of my brand,” Simpson said at the time. “After 16 years in business, I feel ready to meet this next exciting phase with open arms. I know the sky is the limit when my mom, our incredible team and I lock into our customers completely.”

What is Jessica Simpson’s net worth?

Although the value of her assets is unknown, according to celebritynetworth.com, Jessica Simpson’s net worth is $200 million. With her early success with her music career, brief dip into acting and her fashion line, that number is likely.
