Check your fridge! Before you go pouring your morning coffee and sweetening it with your favorite coffee creamer, be sure it’s not one of these newly recalled products. Over 75,000 bottles of International Delight creamers have been recalled due to premature spoilage issues and illness concerns in 31 states.
According to the voluntary recall, parent company Danone Wave received complaints of spoilage and illness with the use of the products.”
Which creamers were recalled?
For those of you who enjoy a flavorful coffee creamer, you may want to be sure your favorite hasn’t been recalled. The two flavors of this line that have been recalled are some of the sweetest options.
The Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer and Hazelnut Coffee Creamer should both be removed from your shelves ASAP. These are the specific dates and product codes to watch out for.

How serious is the International Delight recall?
All food recalls are classified under three categories: Class I, Class II and Class III. Class I is the most serious and can lead to potential injury or death.
This is a Class II recall, which means it has “a lower chance of causing major injuries or death, but where there is still the possibility of serious enough adverse events to have irreversible consequences.”
What to do if you have these creamers?
While all of these creamers have been removed from the shelves at supermarkets, that doesn’t mean you couldn’t have purchased them before they were recalled. If you have one of these International Delight flavors with the referenced product code, recall number and best-by date in your refrigerator, do not ingest it.
The best option would be to return them to the store from which you purchased and ask for a refund or replacement of the item. Otherwise, your best option would be to discard the product.
