1. Mi Amore (Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey)

Ingredients:
- 2 parts Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey
- 4 parts Lambrusco
- ¾ parts strawberry simple syrup (blend 1 parts sugar, 1 parts water and 1 part strawberry jam)
Directions:
- Yield: 1 serving
- Combine all ingredients in a glass. Add ice and stir.
- Garnish with strawberry heart halves and enjoy!
2. Love You S’more (Mash & Mallow Whiskey)

Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Mash & Mallow Whiskey
- 2 oz. espresso
- 2 scoops Jeni’s Skillet Cinnamon Roll Ice Cream (or your favorite ice cream flavor)
- Graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. honey
Directions:
- Yield: 1 serving
- Dip the rim of your desired glass into the honey, then the graham cracker crumbs to coat the rim.
- Scoop the ice cream into the glass.
- Using your desired brewing method, brew the shot of espresso.
- Pour the espresso shot and Mash & Mallow shot over the ice cream. Enjoy!
3. Zacapa Manhattan (Zacapa No. 23 Rum)

Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Zacapa No. 23 Rum
- ¾ oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- Dark chocolate, for garnish
Directions:
- Yield: 1 serving
- Combine Zacapa Rum, vermouth and bitters into a glass with ice.
- Stir well until chilled and strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a wedge of dark chocolate.
4. White Chocolate Bourbon Espresso Martini (Dareringer bourbon)

Ingredients:
- 1½ oz. Dareringer bourbon
- 1 oz. nitro cold brew
- 1 oz. white chocolate liqueur
- ¾ oz. Kahlúa or another coffee liqueur
- Dark chocolate (Shave and top for garnish)
Directions:
- Yield: 1 serving
- Chill the glass: Place the martini glass in the freezer.
- Combine ingredients: In a shaker, pour bourbon, nitro cold brew (well-shaken before opening), white chocolate liqueur and Kahlúa.
- Shake vigorously: Fill the shaker with ice. Seal and shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds. This time frame is ideal to avoid over dilution while creating a dense, creamy froth.
- Strain and serve: Remove the glass from the freezer. Strain the cocktail into the glass, ensuring a slow pour to maintain the frothy layer on top.
- Garnish with chocolate: Shave dark chocolate over the foam for an elegant finish.
5. Suntide Cosmo-mosa (Mimosa classic flavor)

Ingredients:
- 1 oz. vodka
- ¾ oz. cranberry juice
- ¼ oz. cinnamon syrup
- Top with Suntide Mimosa classic flavor
- Garnishes: candied orange and candied cranberries
Directions:
- Yield: 1 serving
- Shake ingredients and pour into a glass with ice.
