Orange Bourbon Smash
Ingredients:
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- 4 orange slices
- 1⁄2 tsp. sugar
- 2 oz. bourbon whiskey
- 1 oz. orange juice
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the first three ingredients. Add whiskey and juice. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with 1⁄4 cup seltzer. Serves 1.
