Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh mint sprigs
  • 4 orange slices
  • 12 tsp. sugar
  • 2 oz. bourbon whiskey
  • 1 oz. orange juice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the first three ingredients. Add whiskey and juice. Fill with ice and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with 1cup seltzer. Serves 1.
