Ingredients:
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 cups sliced roast turkey breast
- 4 oz. Brie cheese, sliced
Use all ingredients to create 4 equal sandwiches. Coat grill pan with cooking spray; heat over medium-heat. In batches, cook sandwiches 3-4 min. per side, placing a heavy skillet on top of sandwiches to press down during the first half of browning. Serves 4
